The City of Whittlesea Walking and Cycling Plan 2022–2027 was endorsed at a recent Council Meeting.

Developed with feedback from the BUG and residents, the plan guides improvements and actions for the next five years, creating accessible and safer areas for our community to be active.

Key priorities of the Walking and Cycling Plan 2022–2027 include:
🚶‍♀‍ providing safer walking and cycling options
🚲 increasing the levels of participation in active travel
🛑 safer crossings at busy streets
💡creating adequate lighting at night.
